All of our products are dispatched from Canberra, ACT using Australia Post or Sendle. 

Free standard shipping for all orders over $150 Australia wide. 

For orders under $150, standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 Australia wide.

Standard Shipping Timeframes

We do our best to have your fluff mail out to you as soon as possible. That's why we aim to package your order and have it in the mail within 24 hours.

Once dispatched, delivery times are approximately 1-7 business days depending on your location.

 

Tracking your order

All orders are shipped using a fully trackable service. You will receive a confirmation email displaying your tracking information once the order is shipped. If you are wanting to follow up on the progress of your order or enquire about delays or a missing parcel, please contact Australia Post or Sendle directly, quoting your tracking number.

Evia Collective does not hold any responsibility once your order has been dispatched.

 

Free local pick up: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory

We offer free local pick up for customers who are happy to collect their order from Evia Collective's HQ in Holder, Australian Capital Territory.

Simply select the local pick up option at check out. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection. Be sure to leave us a note at check out with your preferred pick up time and date. 

 

Returns

Please choose carefully as Evia Collective does not accept exchanges or refunds for for change of mind on purchases.

Although we do our best to ensure our products are to the best standard, we ask that you inspect your items upon arrival and notify us of any faults within 7 days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and that the customer will incur the cost of return postage on these orders.
